About HGTM
Humanity is Greater Than Money
Our Story
HGTM was founded on a simple but powerful belief: humanity is greater than money. In a society where systemic barriers—such as unaffordable housing, mental health gaps, and economic instability—leave individuals and families without stable homes, HGTM exists to explore more durable, humane solutions.
Established in 2025, HGTM is focused on developing a thoughtful, disciplined approach to addressing homelessness—beginning with a pilot initiative in Owensboro, Kentucky. Our work centers on the idea that lasting change comes not from short-term fixes, but from systems designed around dignity, stability, and long-term opportunity. Our Mission
HGTM is committed to ending homelessness by creating innovative, self-sustaining Tiny Home Villages that provide permanent, supportive housing for individuals and families. We empower residents through personalized care, on-site opportunities, and eco-friendly practices, fostering environments where everyone can thrive without fear of eviction or dependency. By challenging inefficient systems, we aim to scale our model nationwide, restoring hope and proving that true progress comes from valuing humanity above all.
Our Mission
HGTM’s mission is to address homelessness through permanent, supportive housing models that balance compassion with accountability and ambition with realism. We seek to create environments where individuals and families can stabilize their lives, access support, and rebuild independence without fear of arbitrary displacement.
By challenging inefficient, reactive systems and prioritizing long-term outcomes, HGTM aims to develop solutions that are both humane and operationally sound—capable of scaling responsibly over time.
Our Approach
HGTM focuses on permanent housing paired with structured support, rather than temporary shelter cycles. Our model emphasizes:
Stability First – Permanent housing designed to preserve dignity and privacy
Support with Accountability – Clear expectations combined with individualized plans and services
Sustainability Over Dependency – Opportunities for residents to build skills, contribute, and regain autonomy
Intentional Growth – Phased development that prioritizes learning, evaluation, and responsible expansion
Rather than rushing to scale, HGTM is committed to validating what works, measuring outcomes, and refining the model using real-world data.
Our Vision
HGTM envisions a future where homelessness is addressed not as an emergency to manage, but as a solvable systems challenge. Starting locally and growing thoughtfully, our goal is to contribute a replicable framework that communities can adapt to reduce homelessness more effectively and humanely.
